April 2020 Gramma in a Box Review and Coupon
The April Gramma in a Box came with three new spring-themed projects. As always, the box had everything needed to create three fun candy and cookie projects!
*Disclaimer: This box was sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review.
Gramma in a Box was created by founder Terry after her grandchildren moved away. She wanted to send them homemade treats and decided to open it up as a subscription for everyone.
Here are the pricing options:
The box has enough ingredients to complete three projects for 15 to 20 total treats. The only items you'll need to supply are basics like a bowl and spoon for mixing.
The crafts are easy to complete and come with step-by-step instruction cards, and Terry also posts instructional videos on the Gramma in a Box YouTube page (link at the end of the post). They're perfect for completing with family of all ages.
The first project was Candy Corn Flowers. To make them, I melted the chocolate and placed it inside the holes of the pretzel circles, then added the candy corn "petals." It was a little difficult for me to get the candy corn to stay in place while the chocolate hardened, so my flowers were a little crooked (but still tasted great)!
The second project was Crunchy Bird's Nests and it involved using the rest of the melting chocolate. I mixed the cereal flakes into the chocolate and shaped them into nests, then added three jelly beans to each nest.
Here's a look at the flowers and nests. Both were easy to set up and took about five minutes to dry.
The third project is always cookies. The Spring Cookies are pre-baked and packaged in airtight plastic. It's recommended that you complete the crafts within a week of receiving your box so they're at their freshest. The cookies are a delicious, buttery sugar/shortbread.
As you can see, the cookies also come with an assortment of sprinkles and icing colors to use for decoration.
The Spring Cookies had egg, bunny, and bird shapes with cute sprinkles to match! I loved the pastel colors of the frosting, too.

Here are the pricing options:
- Monthly: $20 per month (first box is only $10)
- Three Months: $55 every three months (save $5)
- Six Months: $110 every six months (save $10)
- 12 Months: $220 every 12 months (save $20)

April 2020 Drift Scent of the Month Review and Coupon
Last month I reviewed the drift air freshener subscription, and I loved it so much that I signed up for their Scent of the Month program!
*Disclaimer: This box was purchased by See, Shop, Love! Post contains affiliate links.
drift sends sustainably-sourced naturally hand-cut wood air fresheners for your car with their drift(wood) subscription. They also have a vent clip style, called rove, available. You can read more about the two at my original review here.
The first month of the drift(wood) subscription costs $15 and you'll receive your first wooden freshener as well as the car clip that goes along with it (see that in the original post I linked in the last paragraph). After your first shipment, subsequent shipments contain only a replacement wood freshener for $8 each month. The rove vent clip is $15 for your first package and then $5 thereafter. Shipping is free for both options.
I chose the drift(wood) subscription because I love the design of the wooden air fresheners. You can change your subscription type at any time, though, so if you want to switch in between wood and rove, you can easily do so. You can also change up what types of scents you receive.
drift has three basic scents: grove, mill, and teak. If you choose one of these scents you'll continue to receive that scent each month, unless you choose a different one. These are the scent profiles:
My drift(wood) replacement came wrapped in plastic to preserve the scent. The April scent was Sundance, and it has notes of mountain springs, sage, lavender, and musk. The info card says it was inspired by the mountains of Utah where drift is headquartered. There's also information about the artist who created the print on the other side of the card.
I wasn't sure about the Sundance scent at first because I was afraid it would be too floral (and those types of scents make me sneeze), but it's a great blend of clean, cool notes from the mountain springs and sage and warmth from musk. The wood design releases just enough scent so that it isn't overpowering in the car.

New Suave Essentials Body Washes Review
Suave is already a well-known brand, but they're always coming up with new products. Their new line of exfoliating and moisturizing body washes is another affordable way to add simple luxury to your bath and body routine.
*Disclaimer: These products were sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review.
The new Suave body washes are available at Walmart, among other stores. The Sea Salt and Eucalyptus Exfoliating Body Wash and Aloe and Rose Water Moisturizing Body Wash are two of the newest in the line.
The Sea Salt and Eucalyptus body wash has sea salt crystals to gently massage away dirt, dead skin cells, and bacteria. It's great for all skin types, as it provides a light scrub without drying out your skin. The formula is free from phthalates and parabens and is certified cruelty-free by PETA. The scent is light and calming and I love to use it during my nighttime showers.
The Aloe and Rose Water body wash is enriched with soothing aloe and delicately scented rosewater to leave skin feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated. It's for all skin types but is especially effective for dry skin. It foams up to a rich, creamy later that can be used daily. The scent is lovely and floral.
Bottom Line: The new Suave Essentials body washes can be found for under $3 each for 15 oz, which is a great deal! They lathered up well and left my skin feeling clean and refreshed, with the lightest amount of beautiful scent.

Spongellé Review and 25% Off Coupon
All subscription box fans are likely familiar with Spongellé. They're a popular brand across beauty and skincare boxes, and they're one of my favorites!
*Disclaimer: These products were sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review. Post contains affiliate links.
Spongellé creates unique body washed-infused buffers that provide a guaranteed 14+ washes! When dry, they have a stronger exfoliating texture, but once run under warm water they start to lather up and soften. They're a loofah, massager, body wash, moisturizer, and smoother all in one!
My favorite thing about the Spongellé buffers is that they're great for travel. I can pack one of these in my luggage and not have to worry about extra bottles of liquid body wash clearing airport security. I also don't have to pack an extra loofah or sponge.
Spongellés are available in several scents, including French Lavender and Coconut Verbena Boxed Flowers that I got to try. They have scents in floral, fresh, fruity, and warm scent profiles, including a line of men's scents and specialty products, like the Zodiac Collection.
The French Lavender is calm and soothing, with added notes of amber and citrus accord. The Coconut Verbena has notes of sheer coconut, succulent peach, delicate jasmine, and zesty lemon verbena. Both of them smell great right out of the package and lather up well after running under water for a minute or two.
The Boxed Flowers are one of their most recognizable products, but Spongellé also has body lotions, hand creams, gift sets, and other shapes like holiday ornaments and florets.
Bottom Line: I love Spongellé's products! The Boxed Flower buffers are convenient and smell wonderful and are available in a variety of scents. They're a great way to treat yourself to an affordable luxury!

Green Goo Gives Back + Free Sanitizer
I've always been a fan of Green Goo and during the COVID-19 outbreak they've continued to create all-natural body care to help give back to their local community in Lyons, Colorado.
Green Goo is a women-owned business that recently partnered with Spirit Hound Distillers to create small-batch hand sanitizer for their local emergency responders and community. Green Goo CEO Jodi Scott states in this interview that the product is not a typical product for the small company, but they knew that there was an urgent need. They've ensured that the formula is what the CDC and WHO have stated is the most effective in battling the COVID-19 virus.
The sanitizer is made with FDA-approved 63.5 percent alcohol and disinfects and kills 99 percent of bacteria and germs. Green Goo is providing 3,000+ units to the Lyons community.
If there's one positive thing that has come out of the COVID-19 outbreak, it's seeing companies big and small doing what they can to help others in need, such as what Green Goo is doing now. It's important now more than ever to support smaller businesses, and you can do so by purchasing some of Green Goo's excellent natural products. You can read my reviews of some of their products by clicking here.
Green Goo is offering a FREE 1 oz hand sanitizer with every order for customers, too. Individual sales will be available on the Green Goo website and in stores in late April. Green Goo is also donating one percent of the sanitizer sales to select local and international charitable organizations that are making a difference in the fight against COVID-19.
Be sure to support Green Goo and their charitable efforts by shopping their site, and pick up a free hand sanitizer, too!
