November Gramma in a Box Review and Coupon

The holidays are coming and that means lots of sweets, treats, and family. Gramma in a Box is a great box to share with your family, whether you'll be close together this time of year or far away.

*Disclaimer: This box was sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review.

Gramma in a Box sends three cookie and candy crafts each month for $20 per month. Gramma behind the box, Terry, created the subscription after her grandchildren moved out of state. She wanted to have a way to share home baked goodies with them and decided to share the idea with the rest of the world!

There are a few other pricing options for multi-month subscriptions:
  • Three Months: $55 every three months (save $5)
  • Six Months: $110 every six months (save $10)
  • 12 Months: $220 every 12 months (save $20)
Shipping is free to the U.S. and taxes are included. If you want to cancel, do so by the 25th of the month.

The November box had goodies for Thanksgiving! The first two crafts vary, but the third is always a set of pre-baked cookies for you to frost. Since the items are perishable, be sure to open your box and do the crafts within one week of receiving them.

The projects are always super creative and I love seeing what Gramma put together for us to do! The first project was Acorn Kisses and involved applying Hershey's Kisses and chocolate chips to mini vanilla wafers using melted chocolate. They came together really easily and look so cute!

The second project was Pretzel Turkeys and was just as creative as the first. I would never be able to come up with crafts like these, so it's always fun to get them and create them each month. These included using the rest of the melted chocolate to attach candy corn, candy eyes, and a candy beak to the pretzels to shape them like turkeys.

The third project is always cookies and these had fun fall and Thanksgiving shapes of maple leaves, turkeys, and acorns. I used some of the leftover melted to chocolate on the tops of the acorns and used the frosting and sprinkles for all of the others. I accidentally broke the heads off the turkeys when I was removing the cookies from the plastic wrapping, but after the frosting dried it held them together again.
