Hasbro Gaming Crate Review and Coupon - Party Crate

I feel like game nights are coming back into popularity, and the Hasbro Gaming Crate sends a quarterly shipment of new, exclusive games for a fun night in!

*Disclaimer: This box was sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review.

The Hasbro Gaming Crate is game night delivered. They have to options: the Family Crate and the Party Crate. The Family Crate sends kid-friendly games and the Party Crate is geared towards adults. This is a review for the Party Crate, but you can read my review of the first Family Crate here.

The Crate costs $49.99 plus shipping (dependent on your location) and is shipped every three months. It ships to the U.S., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO boxes.

The second Party Crate is themed the Binge Gaming Crate and contains three addictive party games. The first game is Coinhole Touchdown, a special edition tabletop coin-bouncing game with three gameplay options. It's great for tailgating or playing at home.

There are two game boards with a coin for each. Gameplay is simple: bounce the coin into the hole to score points. I think a mini version of cornhole is really creative!

The game also folds up into a carrying case with a rope handle on top, making it easy to take with you to the game or a friend's house.

The second game is called Hold That Face and it's got a unique premise: try to get your team to guess what you're reacting to based only on the face you make!

There's a big mirror board for you to practice your face on before showing your team, and then a bunch of cards with different situations for Sad, Mad, Happy, and Scared.

There are a bunch of funny and weird situations for you to react to. I think it would be difficult for me to come up with varied faces for these, but I guess that's the funny part of the game!

Last up is 21st Century Problems, a tongue-in-cheek card game. You can publicly shame your friends (and yourself) with this funny card game where you have to guess the other players' first world problems.

There are plenty of cards with a bunch of different first world problem situations, as well as marker pieces for you to rank the problems.

My friends and I joke about "first world problems" all the time, so this game is definitely relevant!

The Party Crate also contained two bonus items: a deck of Magic: The Gathering cards and Monopoly pieces.

I've never played Magic before but I've always been interested in it. This is a good starter deck, and there's an insert with information on how to start playing as well as links to other resources to learn the game. This is a great bonus item!

The Monopoly pieces are so cute! They're little tokens inspired by the Hold That Face game and are crying with laughter, smiley face, winky face, and kissy face.
Bottom Line: The Hasbro Gaming Crate is a great value and a really fun way to add exclusive games to your collection! Each of these games are only available through the Crate, so you know you'll always have something fun and new to share with your friends.

FlyThreads Review

If you're a guy who likes clothes but hates shopping, Fly Threads is a new subscription service that makes staying fashionable easy! They'll deliver custom-picked clothes right to your door.

*Disclaimer: This box was sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review.

Fly Threads simplifies men's fashion by helping you build and expand your wardrobe from the comfort of your own home. When you create an account you'll fill out a style profile where you can tell them your style (Casual, Trendy, Relaxed, Anything Goes), as well as color preferences, size and fit preferences, and what brands you like. It's a very in-depth profile that helps Fly Threads curate the best pieces for you.

Fly Threads costs $60 per month and ships to the U.S. and APO/FPO/DPO boxes. Shipping is free both ways, so if you have to return something it won't cost you. They do not currently ship internationally. Each month you'll receive three to four pieces of high quality clothing that are hand-selected by your personal stylist!

Since this is a men's subscription I had my brother, Corey, help me with this review. His style is casual with muted tones, and Fly Threads sent three perfect pieces!

The BLVCKSCVLE (Black Scale) hoodie is so soft and comfy that I wanted to keep it for myself. I probably would have if it wasn't so big on me! I can't find the exact hoodie on the Black Scale website, but similar ones sell for around $100, so this was quite the deal. There is a triangle pattern on the sleeves and on the back (see photo at the end of the post for that). My brother said it was his new favorite hoodie.

The M. Society Jeans had a price tag of $34 attached (I didn't take a picture, so you'll just have to trust me) and were a dark blue shade. They fit Corey perfectly and he said they were very comfortable.

Last up are the joggers/sweatpants from M. Society, with a retail value of $32. These were super soft and comfortable, with a drawstring waistband and stripe pattern on the waist and bottoms. Corey was also really excited about these because he didn't have any nice joggers.

Here's my brother modeling the BLVCKSCVLE hoodie and M. Society jeans.
Bottom Line: Fly Threads did a great job of picking out clothes for my brother! He loved everything and all of the items fit perfectly. They matched his style really well and sent high-quality clothes with a total approximate retail value of over $160! That's an amazing deal for only $60.

November KitNipBox Review and Coupon

KitNipBox is a fun way to spoil your cat! Each month they send a themed box full of healthy treats, high quality toys, and more!

*Disclaimer: This box was sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review. Post contains affiliate links.

KitNipBox has two options, the Happy Cat (five goodies) for $19.99 per month and the Multi-Cat (seven goodies) for $29.99 per month. Shipping is free with both boxes to the U.S., $6.95 to Canada, and $7.95 to Mexico, Europe, and Australia. This is a review for the Multi-Cat box.

You can also choose a "No Treat" box if your cat has dietary restrictions and the treats will be substituted with another toy or non-food item.

November's box was Sweet Shop themed and it had a bunch of really cute toys to match! There were six toys and one bag of treats.

  • LEAP Funky Fun Moustache ($4.00) - This trendy little moustache is the perfect shape for a kicker toy, which my cat loves. Once it's removed from the packaging it kind of just looks like a beige worm, but that's okay because cats don't care what the toy is supposed to look like.
  • Paws 'n Purrs Sour Apple Candy ($4.00) - This toy was an instant hit due to the tube shape (again, can be used as a kicker) and the tassels at the end. My cat loves to chew on toys strings and tassels. It also has premium catnip inside.
  • Safemade Sweet Treat Cupcake ($7.00) - This toy is made with soft plush and naturla fibers with choice catnip inside. The cupcake design is cute and bright!
  •  Handmade Cookie by DreamCat ($6.00) - This isn't actually a cookie but a catnip-stuffed cookie toy. It's stuffed with the finest North American catnip around and comes in a biodegradable crinkle bag. My cat actually doesn't respond to catnip, but she still had fun throwing this around.
  • Delectable Candy Toy Wand ($7.00) - This was a huge hit and much needed, considering Tully's sis-fur, Beanie (a rabbit), chewed through the cord on her previous wand toy. We had a lot of fun chasing this one around.
  • SmartyKat Loco Laser ($7.00) - This little laser also arrived at the perfect time, since Tully's old laser just ran out of batteries! The mouse design is so cute.
  •  Emerald Pet Turducky Dental Treats ($5.00) - These treats are made in the USA and have no grain, gluten, soy, or dairy. They're made with all-natural ingredients and the fish shapes encourage chewing for maximum dental health. Unfortunately, Tully is pretty picky when it comes to treats and she didn't care for these. I'll pass them along to my parents' cat.

Here's Tully playing with the Sour Apple toy.
Bottom Line: The November "Sweet Shop" KitNipBox had a retail value of $40 and was full of fun toys that Tully really loved! Even though the treats weren't a hit, it's not KitNipBox's fault because she's pretty picky. Overall this box was a great value with lots of fun and unique toys!

November Sips By Review and Giveaway

Sips By is a new tea subscription that sends a customized box of delicious teas each month. They pair the selections to your flavor preferences and lifestyle for one great box!

*Disclaimer: This box was sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review.

Sips By sends four teas for 15+ cups or 45+ re-steeped cups for $15 per month with free shipping to the U.S. They're based in Austin, Texas and their goal is to make tea discovery fun and accessible for everyone.

You'll fill out a preferences survey when you first create an account, where you can tell Sips By why you drink tea, whether you want flavored or unflavored, and what flavors you like (berry, spicy, citrus, etc.). You can also change your survey whenever you want to get different types of teas.

I love the packaging of the teas! Sips By works with great brands, like CogniTea, EcoTeas, TeaPigs, and many more. My first box had two brands I knew and two I didn't, but all of the flavors were ones I hadn't tried before so I was excited to dig in. Here's what I got:
  • Chai Latte Black Tea by Pinky Up
  • Turmeric Mango by Rishi
  • Sakhira Estate Nepal Black Tea by Yatra Tea Company
  • Goji Berry by Harney & Sons

All of the teas I got were loose leaf; I'm not sure if every tea is this way, but in case you don't have your own infuser Sips By sends drawstring bags you can use.

The Chai Latte Black Tea by Pinky Up has a high caffeine content and is made with black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and peppercorn. I love chai and this is a great substitute for my usual morning coffee. You can add milk to make it more of a latte, but I like drinking it black. It has a lovely spicy aroma, too!

The Sakhira Estate Nepal Black Tea by Yatra Tea Company also has high caffeine, as most black teas do, and is made with loose leaf black tea from Nepal. It's named for the Sakhejung Hill Range where the Sakhira Garden was founded in 2000 by a group of small farmers. They focus on making the highest quality black Orthodox teas.

The Goji Berry by Harney & Sons is the first tea I tried from this box and I loved it! It's caffeine-free and smells delicious. It's made with rose hips, hibiscus, apple, orange peel. goji berries, blueberry, and raspberry. Goji berries have been used in Asia as an herbal medicine for centuries. This tea was a great fruity cup that was really well balanced -- sometimes fruit teas are too fruity for me, but this one wasn't overwhelmingly sweet or too strongly flavored.

I'm drinking a cup of the Turmeric Mango by Rishi as I type up this review and it's very good. Mango is my favorite flavor of anything, and this is perfectly balanced with mango and turmeric flavors. It contains mango, turmeric, pineapple, ginger, green tea, jasmine, yuzu peel, natural mango flavor, and essential Kaffir lime oil. All of the ingredients are organic and the tea has a low caffeine content. I love the fruity flavor of this and I know that turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Bottom Line: Sips By sent me a lovely assortment of teas! I enjoyed sampling every single one, and all of them were perfectly suited for my needs and flavor preferences. I love that they send high quality teas at such an affordable price.

Sips By has generously offered one box for one of my readers to win! Enter below using the Rafflecopter form. The sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents aged 18+ and ends at 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, December 2nd. Sips By will be shipping the prize directly. Please see the Terms and Conditions on the Rafflecopter form for full terms.

Culturelle Probiotics Digestive Health Review

The holiday season means lots of food and festivities, which can sometimes lead to digestive aches and pains. It's fun to indulge, but not so fun dealing with poor digestive health. Culturelle Probiotics has a great line of supplements that can help keep your digestive and immune systems in check this season!

*Disclaimer: This post is sponsored by Culturelle through Smiley360.

Culturelle helps fix digestive issues by adding good bacteria to your body to help restore a healthy bacteria ratio to your digestive tract. Probiotics, like the ones in Culturelle, are good bacteria that help keep the natural balance of organisms in the digestive system. The most clinically studied strain of probiotics is called Lactobacillus GG and it is found in all Culturelle products.

All Culturelle Digestive products contain between 10 billion and 20 billion colony-forming units (CFUs) of probiotics. The stated number of live, naturally-sourced probiotics is guaranteed through the expiration date on the package.

But what does that all mean? Basically, the probiotics in Culturelle Digestive Health help boost digestion, minimize travel-associated stomach and digestive issues, and reduce occasional gas and bloating by rebalancing the ratio of good bacteria and non-beneficial bacteria in your digestive tract.

There are three different products in the Digestive Health line: the Daily Probiotic (pictured above), Extra Strength (first image in this post), and Daily Probiotic Chewables.

The Daily Probiotic capsules are a once-daily supplement with the Lactobacillus GG probiotic and other naturally-sourced ingredients. They're dairy-, gluten-, and sugar-free and are also vegetarian. Taking one capsule a day or two when experiencing occasional digestive issues can help with issues like diarrhea, gas, and bloating.

The Extra Strength capsules contain twice the amount of probiotics (20 billion CFUs) and is recommended for use once a day.

If you don't like swallowing pills, the Orange Chewables are a great option. These have 10 billion CFUs and are recommended for once a day use or twice a day when experiencing digestive issues.

The chewable capsules come with 24 in a tube.

Daily Probiotic

Extra Strength Daily Probiotic
I have been taking the Daily Probiotic for a little over a week and I do think it has been helping. I don't have any severe digestive issues, but gas and bloating definitely come up now and again, especially when I eat more than usual. I have noticed that I have not felt bloated or gassy as much since I've started taking Culturelle. Granted, a week's time is not that long, but I'm definitely going to continue to take the supplement and see how it helps balance my digestive tract.
Bottom Line: I think Culturelle Digestive Health is an easy way to boost your digestive health. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, but if you don't like swallowing pills at all the chewables are a great option. It can't hurt to help out your digestive system while eating all that great food during the holidays!

November Daily Goodie Box Review

If you haven't heard of Daily Goodie Box, its a completely free box that sends full-sized products and deluxe samples in exchange for your opinions about them. November's box had lots of good stuff!

*Disclaimer: This box was sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review.

Daily Goodie Box really is totally free. They'll never ask for any payment information. All you have to do is create an account on their website -- boxes aren't guaranteed, but you can increase your chances of being selected for one by interacting with them on social media (links at the end of this post).

The items inside are great quality and are usually a good mix of snacks and lifestyle things. I've discovered lots of new favorite products through Daily Goodie Box!

  • Vive Hangover Prevention - This supplement has antioxidants, vitamins, and a mineral and elecctrolyte blend to help prevent hangovers. Mix one packet with water and drink it up before having some other drinks and it'll help prevent a hangover the next morning. My partying days are over, but this is still a good supplement for every day use and I think I'll drink it after a workout.
  • Fix Signature Sriracha Hot Sauce - The box had three to-go packets of the sauce, which is made with organic chili peppers, garlic, sea salt, cane sugar, and rice vinegar. I love sriracha; I'll take these to work and add them on a sandwich for lunch.
  • Desserts on Us Lacey's Macadamia and Milk Chocolate Cookies - These are so good! If you like toffee you have to try them. They're macadamia wafers covered in toffee with smooth milk chocolate inside. Absolutely delicious.
  • Liquid Ice Energy Drink - This has Vitamins B3, B5, B6, and B12 and is made with natural sugar. I don't drink energy drinks but I'll pass this off to my brother who does.
  • Napz All Natural Sleep Solution - This natural supplement has chamomile, passion flower, lemon balm, and hibiscus to help induce sleep. It can be taken at the onset of sleep, after waking up in the middle of the night, or for longer naps.
  • Prince of Peace Lemon Ginger Honey Crystals - I love ginger tea and these crystal packets are an easy way to make some. Prince of Peace has been in other Daily Goodie Boxes, but I think this is the first time they've sent the Lemon flavor. The crystals make a great gingery and sweet tea.
  • Black Forest Organic Sour Heads - I love sour candies, and these are great because they're Non-GMO Project verified and made with USDA organic ingredients. They have a good sour/sweet flavor.
  • Mirabella Black Magic Marker Eyeliner - I can't apply liquid eyeliner unless it's in a felt tip applicator like this one, so this is perfect for me. I've used Mirabella products before and they're very good quality.
  • Pure Cosmetics Pure Illumination Light Up Lip Gloss - This lip gloss has a light in the cap that turns on when you press a button at the top of the cap and a mirror on the side, making it easy to apply when you're out and about. I got the shade Pure Pink.
Bottom Line: Daily Goodie Box always sends great products and it's so fun to get a package for free! Be sure to create an account on their website and interact with them (especially on Facebook), since they give plenty of opportunities to increase your chances of being selected for a box.
