The mask is formulated with organic aloe, chamomile, lavender, and lemon balm extracts. The natural ingredients help create healthier hair without the use of harsh chemicals.

The 8 oz jar is enough to last a long time. You can use it one to two times a week, or as needed. Just add it to towel-dried hair from roots to ends and leave in for two to five minutes, then rinse out thoroughly. I have an oily scalp so I didn't apply this to my roots, but I applied down my hair from about one inch off my scalp and down.

The mask is a creamy consistency with a slightly floral, slightly sweet smell. It was easy to work through my hair and rinsed out well. My hair felt super soft after drying it but not weighed down at all. I've only been using this for about two weeks, but I will definitely continue to do so, because I've seen great results so far!

I used it on damp hair before blow drying and it helped to create volume at my roots and enough texture throughout to help hold my styles. I also used it on my roots when my hair was dry to add extra lift and it did so without feeling too sticky or weighed-down. This spray really made a difference in how long my hair was able to hold a style, so I think that someone with thinner hair would be able to achieve beachy waves easily with this.
