Cooling Towel Review

I hate the summer heat and humidity, especially at night when I can't fall asleep. When I was younger and the house didn't have central air yet I remember my mom used to leave a washcloth in a bowl of ice water next to my bed and I'd place it on my forehead for some relief. The Cooling Towl by New Home Innovations is an even more lightweight and effective way to stay cool any time you're feeling overheated!

*Disclaimer: This product was sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review.

The label calls this a sports ice towel, but you can easily use it any time you need some relief. It's made of a lightweight fabric that absorbs water and wicks away sweat. All you have to do to "activate" it is soak it in cold water, wring it out, and then place it on the desired area. Like I said, I would place it on my forehead during hot nights. I think it would also work to relieve migraines in the same way.

What I like best about this towel is that it absorbs lots of water to keep you feeling cool but it doesn't drip and is almost dry to the touch. I first used this after going on a run today and it felt so nice to just drape it over my head and neck. I instantly felt relieved and it kept me feeling cool for a decent amount of time (I left it on my neck for a half an hour) without losing the sensation of coolness.

The towel is currently selling on Amazon for $12.95 and is Prime-eligible. If you don't like it you can return it for a full refund. The price might seem a little high, but I think it's worth it if you exercise outdoors often, or if you just spend a lot of time out in the sun.

Bottom Line: I liked that this Cooling Towel didn't drip water all over my clothes and stayed cool for a good amount of time. I am going to use this after my workouts for sure!
